10th Annual Clay Shoot

Fundraising event at Sandbeck Park is a huge success

The 10th Annual Clay Shoot held on the South Yorkshire estate of SAFE@LAST Patrons the Earl and Countess of Scarbrough on Saturday 2nd July has raised over £10,000 to support our work with young people at risk through running away from home.

Twenty-seven teams of game and clay shooters came together for the event which was sponsored by Torne Valley Farm and Country Stores. In addition to excellent clay shooting guests enjoyed good food, a gun dog display, sporting air rifles, archery and the obligatory welly wanging.

The event was also generously supported by BASC, Eley Hawk, Guy Salmon Landrover Sheffield, Massarella Catering, J.F Neville, Sue Barratt Creative Equine Photography, Idleback and Savills.

Barbara Raszyk, Events Organiser said “'The 10th Annual SAFE@LAST Charity Clay Shoot has been a fantastic success and was greatly enjoyed by all who attended. Once again we are immensely grateful to the Earl and Countess of Scarbrough for allowing us to hold this special event in the grounds of their home at Sandbeck Park. We are grateful to our main sponsors Torne Valley Farm and Country Stores for supporting the event again and helping to ensure it is such a success!”
